Specialist psychology services to help you navigate your emotions through parenthood so you can start to feel better
I’m Dr Hannah Levy
I’m a Clinical Psychologist specialising in parent wellbeing
I help people like you along your path through parenthood to adjust, cope and manage the bumps in the road
I have almost 20 years’ experience supporting the psychological wellbeing of parents.
I’ve worked with families across multiple NHS paediatric health services where I supported the parents of babies required care in a Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and families when a baby, child and/or parent has significant health problems.
I started my career at Great Ormond Street Hospital before moving to paediatric services at the Royal Brompton Hospital where I worked with families impacted by cardiac conditions. I have also worked within antenatal and maternity services, and in specialist neonatal unit offering psychological therapy to parents when their baby had been born prematurely, or been cared for in a neonatal unit (NICU) or special care baby unit.
I started my private practice in 2021 to focus on what love doing most - supporting parents and those wanting to be parents as they adjust and cope with all the many emotions that parenthood can bring about.
You’ve come to the right place.
Whether you’re preparing to become a new parent, or already a parent, I can support you to make sense of your emotions so that things start to feel less overwhelming and you can feel able to cope.
